Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
No returns are available for change your mind purchases.
Any claim for damage to printers during the shipping process must be notified in writing to 3D Print Specialist within 48 hours of delivery of the printer. Should 3D Print Specialist not receive any such notice in writing, 3D Print Specialist shall be forever discharged from any and all liability to any person in respect of damage to printers during the shipping process. All packaging must be retained and may be required to be presented along with the damaged item/s.
